Cooking Method
BBQ Buffalo wings and Beer
  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
  2. Grill the Wings: Remove the wings from the marinade and shake off any excess. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are cooked through and have a nice char.
  3. Prepare the Buffalo Sauce: While the wings are grilling, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot), 1/4 cup unsalted butter, and 1 tablespoon white vinegar. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.
  4. Coat the Wings: Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the grill and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve: Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks. Enjoy!
